Description
The cottage is located in Račanska Šljivovica on Tara, 20 km away from Bajina Bašta, 5 km from Kaluđerske Bare towards Mitrovac on Tara (13 km away from Mitrovac).
Around the villa, there is a spacious yard with a built-in barbecue, a fountain offering a wide view of the surrounding forests and meadows. It is ideal for relaxation with the possibility of exploring the Tara Mountain, Perućac and Zaovine lakes (fishing), Kaluđerske Bare (post office, shops, “Omorika” and “Beli bor” hotels). A ski lift is also near the cottage. The villa is 400 m away from the asphalt road, located in a meadow with a forest in the background, secluded.
It has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a 16 m² living room (bed – unfolded double) on the ground floor. In the attic, there are three bedrooms + a mini ethno gallery (one room with 2 couches – 15 m², one room of 10m² above the terrace – a convertible sofa-bed, and one single children’s room of 6m²).
