One of the most famous delicacies of Mount Tara is the veal under the bell, prepared in a traditional clay pot covered with a metal dome (sač). The meat is slowly roasted at a low temperature, achieving irresistibly juicy and tender texture.

“Komplet lepinja” is another local favorite, consisting of a type of bread roll topped with a mixture of kajmak, eggs, and melted fat. This tasty meal is perfect for breakfast or a quick snack during the day.
