Villa NINA is a modern mountain apartment complex located right in the center of Mount Tara, at Kaluđerske Bare, at an altitude of 1050m. Due to its excellent location, quality construction, and modern interior, the villa is an ideal place for your vacation.
In the villa’s courtyard, there are two gazebos and a large built-in barbecue. Parking for our guests is provided in front of the villa. The distance from the Jeremičak restaurant is 400 m, and from the Omorika hotel (which features a swimming pool, sauna, pastry shop, night bar, discotheque, bowling alley, gym…) is 500 meters.
We have 12 apartments with central heating and central boilers with hot water in all bathrooms, Total TV channels (14 channels). Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bedding, and storage spaces. All terraces are south-facing with views of the landscapes of Tara and Zlatibor. In the immediate vicinity, there are paths for sledding, skiing, and sports courts. From the villa, excursions can be made to Mitrovac, the lakes in Zaovine, to Mokra Gora, to visit the town of Mećavnik and the Šargan Eight, Zlatibor, to Perućac with its lake and the Vrelo river, and to the town of Bajina Bašta.
