Villa BAJKA Tara

Villa “BAJKA” Tara is a 4-star facility within the Apartment Complex and Center “Kaluđerske Bare” located in the center of the same-named settlement on the most beautiful part of Tara Mountain.

The project’s author, Prof. Dr. Petar Badovinac, by truly contributing to the preservation of folk architecture and the building heritage of this area, has merged a contemporary approach to construction with the use of traditional natural materials – wood and stone. Thus, Villa “BAJKA”, a modern and contemporary facility, using natural materials, carries something of the romantic, warm atmosphere found in old Tara houses – log cabins.

Villa “BAJKA” Tara is just a few hundred meters away from the “Jeremičak” Restaurant and “Omorika” Hotel, near the new post office, which is also part of the settlement. Walking, sledding, and skiing trails are part of the immediate environment, and it takes fifteen minutes to drive to the Drina River, Rača Monastery, or Mokra Gora and Drvengrad. Villa “BAJKA” Tara consists of modernly equipped one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. All apartments are equipped with their own bathroom, a kitchenette, LCD TV… The facility has central heating and arranged parking. One-bedroom apartments are equipped with one double bed and one child’s bed. Two-bedroom apartments within a separate bedroom have one double bed and one single bed, and within the living room, one single bed and one child’s bed. Apartment guests also have access to wireless internet. Smoking in the apartments, as well as bringing pets into the apartments, is not allowed
