Villa Hajdučica

Vila Hajdučica is located on the central plateau of the Kaluđerske Bare region. It is rated four stars ****. It is about 200m away from the “Jeremičak” restaurant and about 500m from the “Omorika” hotel and “Kurta” restaurant. A newly built post office is just 20m away. The house is accessible by car, and parking spaces are provided.

The building is designed in the style of old Tara houses and is made of natural materials. It is clad with pine boards and covered with shingles, which gives it a special beauty and warmth, and as such, it perfectly fits into the beautiful Tara environment. The house was completed at the beginning of 2007 and is fully equipped with new furniture. It consists of 2 independent apartments. Both apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, a mini stove, and a TV receiver with POLARIS satellite channels. The house is excellently thermally insulated, and the heating is central. Smoking and the introduction of pets are not allowed in the apartments.

The ground floor apartment is 30+9m2 and consists of a kitchenette, a dining room, and a larger bedroom. It is intended for accommodation of up to four adults and is ideal for family stays. An integral part of the apartment is a covered terrace, where pleasant moments are spent during the summer months.

The second apartment is 35m2 and is intended for accommodation of up to 4 people. It consists of a kitchenette, a dining room, a living room, and a larger bedroom. The scent of pine wood, Tara teas, and a true mountain ambiance make it an ideal place for rest, from where you will take away idyllic images. Guests of this apartment also have access to a gazebo in front of the house.
